These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and EDWID TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD (“FitLog”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, creating an account on or using the FitLog app or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02Who can use FitLog
You must be at least 18 years old, or use FitLog with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. You must provide accurate information when you create your account and keep it up to date.
03Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number (OTP) or your Google account.
- You are responsible for keeping your phone and sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly at dinesh@edwidtech.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

FitLog supports a healthy lifestyle. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Plans, scores, predictions, tips and meal estimates are for general wellness information only. Always consult a qualified doctor before starting a new diet, exercise routine or medication, and never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you saw in FitLog. 06Acceptable use

07Your content
You own the information, photos and documents you add to FitLog. You give us a limited permission to store and process that content only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
08Our intellectual property
The FitLog name, logo, app, website, design, text, exercise and yoga content and software belong to EDWID TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use.
09Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove features, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
10Ending your use
You can stop using FitLog and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
11Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, FitLog is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any injury, illness or loss arising from your reliance on information in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Kolkata, West Bengal] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app or by other means. Continuing to use FitLog after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
